The Best Low Calorie, Sugar Free, Apple Pie

I have created a very low fat, sugar free, guilt free, yummy apple pie.

The method is as follows:

Sugar Free

Sugar Free Apple Pie Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

Ripe, sweet, red yummy apples, 3 cups peeled and sliced thin.

Splenda brown sugar 2/3 cup

Frozen, deep dish pie crust.

Unthaw both sections of the pie crust, and detach them. Place sliced apples in crust and sprinkle Splenda brown sugar over them. Toss apple slices lightly. Place other half of pie crust onto the top of the pie and seal the edges.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Test pie with a knife to see if it is complete baking.

Allow it to cool well before serving.

This method can be adjusted to suit your private tastes. You can use quarterly granulated sugar in place of the brown sugar, or quarterly brown sugar. You can add a bit of flour to the apples to make it thicker. Also, butter can be added to the mixture to make it richer.

The pie can be served with Cool Whip, cream, or ice cream. Frozen yogurt is a good fat free choice to top off this pie. This pie is not spicy like apple pies are when you add cinnamon, although cinnamon could facilely be added if you choice to do so. I have not precisely figured the calorie count for this pie, but I know if you fix it with the sugar free brown sugar Splenda,and no butter, that it is very low in calories. The fat are mostly in the crust of course.
